I joined Awign with hope and excitement, completed all the required formalities, including submitting personal information and certifications for the exam coordinator role. But even after weeks of waiting, I received no proper update. Every time I reached out, I was sent a copy-paste message without any real help. The app shows multiple jobs as "active", but none are actually allotted. If the positions are already filled, at least be transparent instead of leaving candidates hanging.

For Awign , I encountered a technical issue while working on a project and initially did not receive adequate support through chat or any channels. However, the email customer support team was highly responsive, professional, and ensured consistent follow-ups until the issue was completely resolved. I sincerely appreciate their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, a very positive experience. Great Job Team👍

I am facing payment issue from past 3 4 months, I have raised tickets several times to get my pending payment but no results. payment overdue for past 4 months, They promised to clear my payment overdue but till not didn't received any amount.
