This app is not working it will not allow me to request for a new password or username. it just closes the app when i tap forget password PLEASE FIX

They always do good put my money on time PLZ BE CAREFUL BECUZ LEVELUP LOAND HAVE A AMERCAN WEB LOANDS PAGE IN THE GOOGLE WEBSIDE THEY STARTING DRAINING YOU ACCOUNT WIT SOME CHARGES I WAS CONFEUSE TILL I CALL THE NUMBER SAYING LEVEL UP LOANDS MAKE SURE U CALL FIRTS SAYING AMERICA WEB LOANDS

Doesn't work! It asks you to check the box to accept the mobile agreement before you can proceed. Great...except there is no box. IDIOTIC. Customer service person was nice but clueless. Issue not resolved so I'm uninstalling. Oh and I had a bad experience with a different company in the past like what I have read in the comments. If your loan is paid and they keep taking money, just put a stop payment on anything from the company with your bank and report it as fraud. Worked for me.
