About this game

BackWords is the party game where everyone talks backwards — and gets caught when they don't.

HOW IT WORKS
1. One player records a short sentence.
2. BackWords instantly plays it back BACKWARDS.
3. Everyone else tries to mimic that backwards sound with their own voice.
4. BackWords reverses each mimic back to forward speech and scores how close it is to the original — out of 10.

The result is loud, ridiculous, and genuinely funny every single time.

REAL AI, NOT A COIN FLIP
This isn't a random score generator. BackWords uses real on-device audio analysis — voice matching, melody, and rhythm — to judge every attempt fairly. It even catches cheaters who try to skip half the phrase or mumble through it. No arguments about who actually won. The app decides, and the app doesn't play favorites.

BUILT FOR PARTIES, FAMILY NIGHT, AND ROAD TRIPS
No boards, no cards, no reading required — just voices. BackWords works anywhere with a group of 2 or more:
- Family game night
- Parties and get-togethers
- Road trips and long car rides
- Icebreakers with new friends
- Classrooms and youth groups

100% OFFLINE AND PRIVATE
BackWords needs zero internet connection to play. Every recording is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded, stored online, or shared anywhere. It's a private party game by design — your voice never leaves your phone.

WHY PEOPLE LOVE IT
There's no skill to learn and nothing to read. Anyone from age 8 to 80 can play their first round in under a minute, and the payoff — hearing your own backwards mumbling scored and ranked against everyone else's — never stops being funny. It's the rare party game that gets funnier the more people play it, not less.

Gather your group, pick a phrase, and see who can out-mimic the madness. Download BackWords and find out who in your family actually has an ear for backwards speech.
