terrible experience. To submit a claim you need to upload a photo or a document - neither works!

Poor service. Very slow approving service. For even blood test they will take 1 hour.

There is no option to get approval status for pre-approval requests from clinic. Also every time insurance approval taking huge time and many rejections even for simple tests which is necessary for a doctor.
