Purpose Driven Rides

Update, I have just recieved a response and they said my claim was rejected. Due to COVID-19. We went back for vacation and got COVID on travel, spent 63 thousand pesos and ZERO amount was covered by GIG. So be aware. I hope this helps. Previous post. I submitted my claims weeks ago but I haven't received any notification that it was recieved. I checked the app and it says that no claim was submitted. I have a photo that is was submitted and received.

Pitty for a such big insurance name to have such pathetic application that a child could develop a more functional one. It is better not to have an application at all than having a lemon. Can't register and submit claims or do anything at all. Contacted AXA several times but nothing. A waste of time. I will certainly change insurance company and wouldn't even recommend it.

Fix your app. The providers screen comes up blank even after clearing cache, reinstalling and accepting all permisions. The same with the discount, some return blank screens.
