In version 4.0.53 it brings the following new features:

- New language available in the app: German. Remember that you can change the language from the app menu. There are now 6 languages ​​at your disposal.
- New AXA Salud Contact service where you will have all the telephone numbers available to contact AXA Salud.
- Discover the new functionality within Situation of my assets so that you can access all the information on the profitability and operations of your savings, investment and pension insurance.
- Discover the new features in viewing your coverage from the policy details screen.
- Your digital health card from your Agrupació policy is now available.
- New My Requests section to track online the requests you make through the app regarding a question or query about your health, home and motor policies.

In addition, as a novelty in health insurance, you can save your health cards in your phone's Wallet, it's that easy.

We know that sometimes you need to know about your insurance. That's why we have a space dedicated only to your policies, where you can consult more information about your car, home, health, life and savings insurance. You will be able to download relevant documentation. It doesn't matter how many policies you have, or if you only have one, you will be able to see all your information of interest, here you can also find the services associated with your policy, just in case.

-        If you have car, motorcycle or home policies, you can declare and check the status of your claims online. In addition, you will be able to access the personalized documentation of your policy that you may need.
-        AXA Quality workshops, with the best services to repair your car or motorcycle near you, wherever you need it.
 
-        Emergency assistance services, we remain connected with you, even if you are not. Now, even more digital.
 
-        Health insured people can request authorizations for medical tests, consult the Medical and Dental Chart, request and consult your reimbursements, and use your health card from the app. All these services are also included for your minor children who appear in the policy. We have updated our telemedicine services, now you can schedule a video consultation, medical chat and use our symptom evaluator, Oskar. Your health in your hand.
 
-        For life and savings policyholders, you will be able to see your financial situation and have your investments controlled in a more visual way.

But as we know that sometimes the best thing is to talk to someone close to you... contact your AXA mediator as many times as you want and by any means you want: telephone, email... Resolve all your doubts, make your queries or make an appointment, through your MyAXA app, without leaving your couch or work.

-        In the Contact section, you can carry out any process with your mediator or with AXA immediately and quickly.

The app asked me to give an opinion. The application is slow. Does not always load (now I see infinite loader). It seems the app inside opens web pages because I see this error. User Experience is 5-10 years old. In 2025 I would like to see the app more user friendly. Speaking about the insurance itself - it works, but very slowly.

Your latest revamp of the app made it that a working thing has turned into a log in lottery. I don't understand how moving a few buttons around results in such a such issues. I don't understand why I have to log in each time I want to interact with the app, it's a mobile device, they don't tend to change owners or users so making me always log in makes no sense from an UX perspective.

Deplorable App, it doesn't allow to take screenshot when you look for specialists. It does provide several means to send it to your SMS or Email. But those functions are also broken and often don't work well. I am just stating my dissatisfaction of payong a private insurance and getting half-as*ed services. The App isn't even opening for me at this point. And my phone is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, so it is not a damned Iphone7 or the first tactile phone that got released, ok?
