Practicare Noticeboard turns any Android TV screen into a live operations board for your practice. Mount a screen in reception, the staff room or a treatment area, pair it once, and your whole team stays looking at the same information all day — checklists, tasks, compliance, expiry alerts and internal news, refreshed automatically.

The home board shows your practice's key numbers as clear, colour-coded cards. Checklist completion is broken out into complete, partial, pending and overdue, so you can see at a glance where work is slipping. Alongside it sit task completion and outstanding work, compliance validity across your records, and expiry alerts for stock and equipment.

Beneath the numbers, rotating feed columns keep the detail moving: checklists due and recently submitted, open tasks with their owners and due dates, the latest practice news, and announcements and memos from management. Every feed has its own View All screen, so anyone can pick up the remote and read the full list or open a single item.

A dedicated Expiry Centre covers everything time-sensitive. It shows what is expiring soon, what has already expired, what is due and what is overdue, broken down by source, by context, and by the rooms holding the most items that need attention.

The app is built for television rather than adapted from a phone. It is designed for 16:9 displays, navigates entirely with a standard remote with no keyboard or mouse needed, returns to the home board on its own when nobody is using it, and refreshes in the background so the screen is never stale.

Setting up a display takes seconds, with no passwords to type on a remote. Open the app and it shows a short pairing code; enter that once from any browser and the display is linked to your practice.
