About this game

NumFlux is a quick math quiz you can pick up in seconds and play whenever you have a spare minute. Tap Play, read the problem on the screen, and choose the right answer from four options. Each round is short, clear, and built around simple addition and subtraction.

Every game in NumFlux gives you 60 seconds on the clock. A progress bar shows how much time is left, so you always know where you stand. Answer correctly and you earn 10 points. Your score sits at the top of the screen next to your current level and three hearts that represent your lives.

The goal in NumFlux is to answer 10 questions correctly before time runs out or you lose all three lives. A counter shows your progress, such as 3 out of 10, so you can see how close you are to finishing the round. Get one wrong and you lose a heart, but the game keeps going with a new problem. Run out of lives or let the timer hit zero, and the round ends.

NumFlux grows with you as you play. Early levels focus on small addition sums that are easy to read at a glance. As you move up, numbers get larger and subtraction appears. After every three correct answers, your level rises and the math becomes a little more challenging. You stay focused on picking the right answer, not on complicated rules.

When a round ends, NumFlux shows a clear results screen. You see whether you won or lost, your final score, the level you reached, and how many seconds were still on the clock. Your best score is saved on your device, so you can try to beat your own record next time. A list of your five most recent games shows the score, win or loss, and date — a simple way to look back at how you have been doing.
