About this app

Axiospec puts your calibration records on your phone. Technicians scan an instrument and log the calibration with its evidence. Quality managers see what is due and review the work.

WHAT THE APP DOES
• One calibration record per instrument, with its full calibration history.
• A due date for every instrument. You get reminders when a calibration is due soon or overdue.
• Scan the QR code on an instrument to open its record.
• Log calibrations on the phone. With no signal, the app saves your work on the device and syncs it when you reconnect.
• Attach photos and the calibration certificate to the record.
• Each calibration is written to a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail with the time and the person who recorded it.
• Approvals and e-signatures, when your workspace turns them on. With approvals on, a second person reviews and approves the calibration.
• Audit-ready exports of your records from the Axiospec web app.

LANGUAGES
The app is available in English, German, Spanish, French (France and Canada) and Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal). It follows your phone's language.

STANDARDS
Axiospec helps teams keep the calibration records that ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits look for. It does not certify your organization, and it cannot guarantee an audit result. That depends on your own processes, your scope and your auditor.

ACCOUNT
You sign in with an Axiospec workspace account. Your workspace administrator sets up your access. The app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

What’s new

Background sync no longer closes the app on Android 11 and older. A second dictation in a row now works, and tapping a microphone again stops it.
