The app's logic works well, but some services, such as topping up credit, recharge cards, and paying bills, aren't functioning exactly as they did when it launched. I contacted technical support several times via WhatsApp, but the response was automated, not from someone who understood the problem and could resolve it. I tried speaking with a customer service representative at a Fawry branch, but the issue remained unresolved, and the employee simply replied, "I don't know."

it was the best at first. Now, i can't even use the wallet. Nothing works now if im trying to withdraw i could waste 3 hours to get a code always error sometimes they take the money and you dont take it i keep getting messages money withdraw from my wallet while im home its the worst for real not worth trying it anymore and your money is at risk

At the beginning, the app worked well, but over time it started to crash and malfunction without any clear reason. It needs frequent updates almost daily, yet many essential features are still missing. Most importantly, it does not feel secure, and I felt my money was at risk. I withdrew all my funds and I do not plan to use this
