AxisPointe InSite Mobile empowers builders and contractors using the AxisPointe® enterprise to develop, maintain and execute quality assurance, safety and other processes in real time.
Virtually any construction task list or checklist can be used. Multiple business processes using checklists can be incorporated into templates, then copied easily from one project to another.
Field users answer required or optional checkpoints as selected by the builder, capture 0-20 high-res photos per checkpoint, and immediately notify vendors when a defect or non-compliance is discovered.
Trade contractors receive email notifications and respond via links to update actionable items with any device in real time. Users can also refer any condition in the field to a project architect, outside consultant or to AxisPointe’s technical experts for immediate response.
Percent complete can be adjusted as progress is made, and completed tasks automatically adjust the construction schedule and closing date. Multiple answers and simultaneous users are supported, with robust data analytics available via the HomeProfile account.
AxisPointe has developed thousands of pre-defined high-risk checkpoints accepted by major builder insurance companies, or users may create their own unlimited number of custom checkpoints and tasks, then link them to other units or projects.
