Axlis is a cloud-based HR and labor management service for small and medium-sized businesses, integrating attendance management, payroll calculation, electronic contracts, expense reimbursement, and internal chat into a single platform. It streamlines all back-office operations, from time card clocking and shift management to automatic calculation of overtime, late-night, and holiday pay, payslip issuance, electronic contracts, and My Number management.

■ Attendance Management & Time Card
- One-tap clock-in/clock-out via smartphone, supports GPS and QR code clock-in
- Automatically tracks breaks, overtime, tardiness, and early departures
- Complies with Article 37 of the Labor Standards Act (automatically calculates premiums of 25% for overtime, 50% for over 60 hours, 25% for night work, and 35% for statutory holidays)
- Supports public holiday calendars and compensatory holidays; statutory holiday days can be set for each company
