About this app

The Staples WiRE app is designed to support Staples’ associates in their roles stay informed and connected effectively, reliably, and securely:

- Timely business updates and announcements
- Recognition, contests
- Collaboration
- Store Tasks
- Reporting and insights for leaders
- Quick access to key resources

NOTE:
- To use this app, you need to be an active associate of Staples Canada. Associates can access Staples WiRE via desktop on a Staples device. Use of Staples WiRE on a personal device, including a computer, tablet or mobile device, is voluntary and not a condition of employment.
- If an associate chooses to use their personal device, Staples offers Wi-Fi access (where available) for those who do not have or prefer not to use their personal data plan.
- Use of the platform outside of these hours is neither required nor expected. Please note that time spent on Staples WiRE outside of regular working hours will not be compensated.
- Use of the platform must comply with Staples’ policies, including but not limited to the Social Media Policy, Mobile Device Policy, Code of Conduct, Workplace Harassment, Discrimination and Violence Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Associate Conduct Policy.
- All content, materials and information within the Axonify platform are strictly confidential and are the exclusive property of Staples and must not be shared outside the organization or to any third party under any circumstance.
- Any personal information collected or processed within the Axonify platform by Staples will be handled in accordance with Staples’ Privacy Policy.
