Very easy to use, easy to navigate, but very difficult to log in, automatically logs out, doesn't show the train direction for standard class, doesn't show genders of the booked sits.

When I am trying to purchase from the android mobile app, whenever I am trying to add my child's details the system is not accepting. After a lot of effort, I found that the system is not able to process travellers whose age is more than 10 and less than 16 years. I am not able to add my child either as Child or Adult.

one star is more for this app. I been searching for available trains for days so i had to use this app more. at first it seemed like a good app but more i use it more i catch errors. 1) account sometimes log off for some reason 2)if u log in buttons freeze and becomes impossible to pick 3)u had to switch and comeback to the date or else u dont know 4)add reload button pls These are the main issues but this app full of countless tiny bugs pls fix or better destroy this app entirely!
