It is too slow. plus even if you add item to your cart once you click the cart icon, its not there. The chat bot is exhausting, it can only help you about the tracking but not with your other concern, and chatbox has no botton to close the window.It will end up closing the app because you have to for you to restart and make chatbot close. Please fix this.

this is not a rebuke of the app but instead the company logo itself. before the takeover from logo, delivery appointments were kept within days. now, boxes are weeks late. each time with a new excuse. this company really needs to step up it's game or, they will go away like many others. priced right, yes follow through no, terrible. bad weather should be the only acceptable reason, not high volume. they earn extra money on volume, but will not pay extra to expedite shipments. bad business
