About this app

ayaRemote lets you view, manage, and securely connect remotely to authorized devices on your organization's computers from your mobile device.

• See the online and connection status of computers.
• Search by device, user, or group name.
• Review operating system, processor, memory, disk, network, graphics card, BIOS, and motherboard information. • Perform restarts and shutdowns on authorized devices. • View, assign, and respond to support requests.
• Access authorized recovery passwords by reading the BitLocker recovery key ID from the camera, photo, or manually.
• Initiate a remote connection by verifying access with your ayaRemote account. • Log in with accounts using two-factor authentication and switch between multiple companies.

To use the application, you need an active ayaRemote account and device access assigned to your account. Camera and photo access is only used to read the key ID on the device from the BitLocker recovery screen selected by the user; the selected image is not uploaded to the server for this process.

ayaRemote's remote connection infrastructure includes components derived from the RustDesk open-source project, licensed under GNU AGPL-3.0. License information is provided within the application.
