Ayasan connects you with trusted, background-checked helpers across Thailand — book a maid, a nanny, an eldercare helper, an air-conditioner cleaning, a pet sitter, or an office cleaner in a few taps.
BOOK IN FOUR STEPS
1. Choose your service, date, start time and duration (minimum 2 hours).
2. Pick a saved address or add a new one.
3. Add options and choose a helper — let us assign one automatically, or pick someone you have booked before.
4. Apply a promo code or your points, choose card or cash, and confirm.

MONTHLY PLANS THAT SAVE YOU MORE
Book a monthly plan instead of one-off visits and save 5–20% depending on total hours. With a Fix Plan you set the days of the week, the start time and the duration once, and your visits are scheduled automatically — with the same helper each time. You can pause auto-renewal at any time, with no cut-off date.
PAY YOUR WAY
Pay by credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) or in cash. Card details are tokenised by our payment provider — full card numbers are never stored by Ayasan.
POINTS AND REFERRALS
Earn 1 point for every 10 THB you spend, and redeem points as a straight 1 point = 1 THB discount on your next booking. Points are valid for 12 months. Invite a friend with your referral code and you both receive bonus points once they complete their first booking.

English-speaking helper, Thai cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning supplies brought to you, damage insurance cover, an extra helper, ironing and laundry — add what you need and see the price update instantly.
STAY IN CONTROL
Track upcoming and past bookings, reschedule or cancel, add special requests after booking, rate your helper with stars and a comment, and re-order a past booking in one tap. Push notifications keep you updated when your booking is matched, on the way and completed.

Ayasan has been completely rebuilt. Your account, addresses, bookings, points and plans have been carried over.
After updating, please check:
• Sign in as before. If you used Facebook, tap "Forgot password" on your registered email.
• Some saved cards could not be carried over. If a card shows as unavailable, remove it and add it again from Account > Payment Methods. Adding a card is free.
• Monthly plans were carried over with auto-renewal off. We will contact you before turning it back on.
