# Mood Echo

5 seconds a day. Capture the sounds you hear right now and choose a color for that moment.

Mood Echo is not a written diary. Even without explaining what happened today, 5 seconds of the sounds in this room and a single color are enough to preserve your day. It takes 15 seconds to record once. The only two choices are whether to record today and what color to choose.

■ How to Record

1. Press Start Recording to capture 5 seconds. The noise of a cafe, rain outside the window, a room with no sound. As it is recorded, the waveform of the sound is drawn exactly as it is on the screen.

2. Slide the color ruler to select today's color. The chosen color is given a name and saved along with the recording.

3. Save it, and you're done. One a day—that is all.

■ Accumulate to Become a Picture

· The calendar becomes a plane of color rather than a list of dates. When you open a month, you can see at a glance what color that month was.

· You can listen to a month's worth of sounds continuously from beginning to end. The corresponding column for that day lights up while playing.

· The year is displayed across 12 lines. It clearly shows which month the color changed and which spaces are empty.

· It counts and displays the most frequent color schemes of the year, and allows you to select and listen to consecutive days of the same color scheme.

· You can check how many days have been completed and how many days have been played in the current month on the home screen.

· Trash for 7 days — Deleted records can be restored for seven days, after which the sound files will also disappear

· Recolor — You can change only the color while keeping the sound

· Re-record today — Changes only the sound while keeping the serial number

■ Recordings remain on this device

Recording files and records are stored only on the device. There are no accounts or logins, and no internet connection is required to create or review records. Automatic cloud backup is also turned off. The only way to export records is via ZIP export in Settings, and even that only works when you manually tap it.

■ Permissions required when running for the first time

· Microphone — Used for 5-second recordings. Records cannot be created without this permission.

· Notifications — Sends a record notification once a day.

· Power saving exception — Ensures notifications arrive on time even in power saving mode. · Display over other apps — This is requested to bring up the recording screen immediately, even while using other apps.

These are all permissions to ensure you don't miss any recordings, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings.
