About this app

Create a radio player built around the stations you choose

Aych Radio is a personal radio player for Android. Add your own stations using compatible URLs, organise them in a custom list and listen using a simple interface.

Aych Radio does not provide a built-in station catalogue and does not host, supply or distribute radio stations, audio programmes or media content.

Build your station collection

Add a station name and compatible URL, then edit, delete or reorder your stations whenever you need. Keep the stations you actually listen to together in one personalised collection.

Listen your way

Start a station and continue listening while using other apps or when the screen is locked. Use the Stop control whenever you want to end playback. Station and track information is displayed when it is made available by the source.

Bluetooth and casting

Aych Radio supports Bluetooth media controls and casting to compatible devices.

When supported by your connected Bluetooth headphones and Android device, Aych Radio can also display the headphone battery percentage. When battery information is unavailable, the app displays --%.

Make the app feel personal

Choose from seven visual skins, including Red Gold, Midnight Blue, Emerald Night, Purple Neon, Dark 3D, Classic Radio and Light Mode.

The interface keeps your station list and playback controls easy to reach while giving you a choice of different visual styles.

Keep control of your stations

Import and export your station collection for backup or transfer. Aych Radio does not include a built-in station directory or catalogue. You choose and provide the station addresses you want to use.

Saved station access

The app supports up to two saved stations by default. An optional one-time in-app purchase increases the saved-station limit.

Getting started

Open Aych Radio and choose Add Station. Enter a station name and a compatible station URL, then tap the station to start listening. Use Help for guidance, or choose Send Feedback from the Information section if you need support.

Important

Aych Radio requires an internet connection and a valid, accessible station URL. Aych Radio does not provide, host or redistribute stations or audio content.

Availability and audio quality are controlled by the source provider. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to access and use any station or content they add.
