I made my payment the day the app got updated last, I think it was on the 23rd and it hasn't reflected yet, the money was taken out of my account and I've been trying to reach someone in customer service but no one picks up the freaking phone, I've spent about 35 minutes on hold until I get sick of waiting and hang up or until the call e eventually drops on its own.

It's difficult to make a payment. It takes really long to process the payment and very frequently you have to try at different times or just give up and go pay at the office. It's frustrating. All is good until you have to make a payment. Notifications and other information is good.
