IMPORTANT — DATA COLLECTION AND MONITORING NOTICE

Aydıntaş Vardiya is an enterprise management application developed by Aydıntaş Vinç for its own employees. The application collects location data in the BACKGROUND from the time an employee clicks the "Start Work" button until their shift ends, even when the application is closed or not in use, and transmits this data to the employer. Location collection completely stops when the employee clicks the "Finished Work" button.

This is an enterprise monitoring function used by the employer to verify the working hours and the location of their employees. The function is not hidden; it is explicitly stated within the application, in this description, and in the privacy policy.

WHO CAN USE IT

The application is intended only for Aydıntaş Vinç employees aged 18 and over. A username and password provided by the employer are required to use it; new accounts cannot be created through the application. This application cannot be used to determine the location of a spouse, partner, friend, child, or any third party.

WHEN AND HOW IS LOCATION COLLECTED?

• Location collection only begins when you press the "Start Work" button. The application will not collect your location unless you initiate it.
• While your shift is active, your location is read approximately every 10 minutes, and a record is sent to the server approximately every hour.
• At "Start Work" and "End Work," another location is collected to record where the shift started and ended.
• Recording is done in the background even when the application or screen is off; on construction sites, the phone is in your pocket all day.
• Location collection stops completely when you press the "End Work" button. No location is collected outside of shifts, on weekends, or on your days off.
• Only your authorized managers can see your location records; employees cannot see each other's locations.
• Your location is not given to or sold to advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics companies.

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR LOCATION IS BEING COLLECTED?

• A persistent notification will appear in your phone's notification bar as long as your location is being collected. • Location collection will not begin without notification permission.
• The app icon cannot be hidden.
• Google may display a warning indicating that a corporate tracking app is present on your device; this warning is normal and required by Google's transparency policy.

WHAT'S IN THE APP

• Start/End: You start and end your shift with a single touch.
• Vehicle assignment: You take ownership of the vehicle by scanning the QR code inside the vehicle; the current mileage of the vehicle is entered when you take ownership, and its location is recorded when you leave it.
• Project information: The project assigned to you by your manager is visible in the application; you do not choose a project.
• Leave request: You submit it to your manager with the type and date range.
• Advance request form: You submit it by entering the amount and reason. NO payments, money transfers, or loan transactions are MADE through the application; the request is only sent to your manager.
• Fuel notification: When you refuel, you enter the vehicle's mileage and take a photo of the receipt; the record is sent to your employer. • Suggestions, complaints, and fault reports: You can send them by attaching photos.

OTHER DATA COLLECTED

Your name and username, your shift records, your leave requests (type and date), the amount of your advance requests, your suggestion-complaint texts, the vehicle mileage you reported, and the photos you attached (receipts, faults). Details are in the privacy policy.
