Very disappointing experience. I purchased subscription on 12 June 2026 through bKash, and the payment was successfully completed. However, I still cannot access the TV channels, and the app shows "Not Subscribed" or "Not Purchased."

Very Bad Service, I have subscribed 1 month for 250 taka, I have used it just one day, After that any channels are not showing Video and audio, I have email them to fix it but they are very bad customers support and they not response. And the app are full of bug. Very Bad Experience.

Hello Meaintainer or developer, Please add some channel Like Indian Star channels(Star plus, Star Gold , Star Bharat , Star sports, Jalsha etc etc) zee channels Indian Sony Channel( Sony entertainment, Sony Yea , Sony max etc etc,) Some Great Sports channel Some Great kids channel (Disney India , Sony aath , দুরন্ত , Hungama CN Hindi, Nick Hindi) Also add some Science Channel Like ( Discovery etc etc) Try to Give 4K channel maximum As it was a part ICC We hope it will give great service)
