The system works but the software is trash. I selected "not to share data," this option seems to make the software crash a lot. However the stupid advertising load with no problem. I just wanted to check on my pet during my lunch break. Spending over ten minutes to get it to work is dumb. Perhaps stop trying to mess over the customer with the added trash software.

Why do I need to watch ads to look at my cameras?! I paid for the cameras and the ability to view what they're showing, not to look at an ad. Had I known ads were forthcoming, I would have purchased cameras that used a different app. I am no longer a happy customer. Seriously, enough with the ads everywhere. ... Updating my review again because the lag and delay loading my live camera footage is becoming more and more annoying. Maybe if you weren't wasting time loading ads my footage would load!

this is great the first couple of weeks after that nothing but a hassle. I can be in the same room and want to move the camera around and cannot because the button doesn't work ever, it's update didn't fix anything it's set to alert me and never does I've reset it countless times along with my phone I have things set to alert me I never get an alert just a pain and what's funny one works the other one doesn't now the other one's starting to go It hasn't been a year yet 👎👎
