Every money-affirmation app is a feed: read a card, scroll to the next one. Declare is a commitment device instead. One specific goal, a fixed deadline, and a declaration in your own words that you read aloud twice a day.

Based on Napoleon Hill's 1937 six-step method and a 1956 thirty-day commitment test, operationalized as an actual daily practice with real stakes - not a library of quotes.

HOW IT WORKS
- Six-step setup: the exact amount, the deadline, what you give in exchange, a short plan, and a declaration composed from your own answers.
- A 30-day cycle: read your declaration morning and night. One grace token per cycle. Miss too many readings without it and the cycle resets to Day 1 with the same goal.
- The Interrupt: one tap, under fifteen seconds, when the urge to spend hits - a reframe, not a journal.
- A completion certificate on Day 30, then the next cycle.

WHAT IT IS NOT
- No feed, no endless card deck, no streak you can game.
- It never promises you an outcome. It gives you a structure and asks you to hold it.
