tracking status been saying out for delivery all day long and nothing still hasn't been delivered ! No estimated time of arrival is available and you can't track the driver's live location. This company is horrible...I would never use it. Also, I waited almost an whole hour for someone to come on the phone and still no help on where my packages are. Ridiculous !

This app takes too long to "look up" you're tracking number, provides absolutely no useful information if it finds you, AND you have to deal with ads throughout the whole process. Absolut garbage & a perfect example of having an app just to be able to say "we have an app"!

ADS are way too intrusive. Also, high-quality tracking for a low-quality delivery service probably would work half at best. My package SAT for literally 10 days. Uninstalled the app and hope I don't have to deal with UNIUNI again. The company who used your shtty delivery service is next on my list of contact... SMH
