Azar has great features and good going for it in the future. but their customer service is lagging and poor. they can barely verify my identity with simple metrics. it has been months since they have not verified me for some issue I had on my phone that accidentally got me suspended which I understand would be the right call. but taking this long to verify someone ? that is proof they have a low customer service. Be careful with the app because if something happens, you won't be helped.

loved the interface and all, but wow, it made me so insecure. Nearly everyone there is racist. like the second they see my face, I hear a racist word. its not the fault of the app ofcourse, but the folks there...Besides that, really enjoyable. You can switch off your video and just do audio, its really convenient. Ive tried a lot of apps, this stands as one of the best

You can report inappropriate users by clicking on the shield with the "!" in the middle while you are video chatting with them or from the history tab. Azar just after downloading it and filling out every information required it was good to go but I don't understand why I was suspended after my niece that's still little just came by while I was on call for me to hold her and by chance the person I was discussing with said hi and you said I'm suspended for what reason this is not funny at least give a warning sign if you don't want a child face to future on the camera when I'm talking not just suspending it thanks.
