Customer Management - Store and manage customer information. Schedule Management - Registers customer reservations and provides functions to check reservation schedules, proceed and cancel reservations, and change reservations, allowing for flexible reservation management. Reservation provides a repeat function and provides notifications when the reservation schedule is in progress, creation of daily log sheets according to class goals, and input and analysis of reports and results.
Manager Management - Administrators can check schedules, class progress, and report contents for each center manager or for the entire center.
Individualized program management - You can establish an individualized program for each customer and conduct classes through it. In an individualized program, each customer's current level, behavior analysis content, short-term and long-term goals, and related data can be managed by session. Based on the established goals, you can set individual goals during classes and check the improvement of the treatment program by graphing the progress and results by creating a daily record and entering the results. In addition, it is possible to record the frequency of occurrence of behavioral problems, record time, and manage history for behavioral support, and supports various testing tools (ABC, QABF, MAS, RAISD, MSWO, PS, etc.) related to behavioral support and stimulus preference evaluation.
