My 3 years old girl simply pressed and play and accidentally purchased it!!! I don't know why the Google auto tie payment to phone bill!! And they don't approved.refund on Google play. Stating "your refund request can't be approved because it doesn't meet Google play refund policies. Please contact and arrange the RM184.99 which was charged.

I have the same sentiment about this unwanted purchase made by my son. The most frustrating part is that the Google play won't held accountable to the refund instead advised you to contact directly the developer...like what the hell!!!! I've sent an email already to the tech support and hopefully they will take a positive response to it.

my 3 years old daughter downloaded this app, and I don't even know about this app. maybe she thought it just a normal game. but you need to purchase it. I was surprised in the morning that it's automatically deducted to my account. I request for a refund and cancel the subscription because my daughter is not aware about this app. I still don't get any refund from their company.
