The device worked "average" when we first installed it. Then after our first week, it quit working. We queried the internet, tried their troubleshooting tips...no luck. We connected our old remote and sent the new one back for a refund. Before you say it....all other devices, connectors, cords, etc checked out to be in good working condition... It was the remote. To date, we've never received our refund!

good idea very good app but it's not free but the best uses for this app is if you lost your remote and just do from your phone and if your not smart tv you can make it smart but I gave it 4 stars because it's not free but good app safe and useful😐

Has barely any delay, has more options then my remote, and is a great option if you lose your remote
