Smooth for one of us, stress for the other, but ended up ok for both. Results PDF is professional looking with all needed info for destinations that are strict. Tips: 1) Proctor recommended against two on one call to ensure no trouble. 2) Have a tool available to pry the battery cover off the analyzer. My proctor didn't know this workaround but it's a common one for Bluetooth issues. 3) Call toll free if there's an issue. I was scared of an invalid result when proctor left call. They helped me!

Nonstop issues. I kept getting kicked out, told I was unathorized, it booked a duplicate appointment under my husband's account, and was extremely complicating when it should have been relaticely straightforward. I had to download the app but had to use chrome for other aspects of the appointment process. The only saving point for Azova are the people that you talk to. They were typically very nice and understanding. Now I just have to hope this 3hr process allows me to travel back to the US.

I found the whole process to be confusing and slightly stressful. I had trouble linking to my proctor and then it turned out that I needed a different appointment because of the test kit I had ordered. I can say that the proctor and the call center person (who couldn't hear me until several calls were made) were helpful in getting me another appointment with the right proctor and the second video session was very easy. A mixed bag here.
