About this app
Aureloo is a vocabulary and grammar trainer that keeps working when your connection does not. You sign in once. After that, every word, folder and review lives on your phone.
AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
There is no guest mode. The first run asks you to sign in with an email address or with Google, so that one time it needs a connection; an email sign-up is confirmed by a link.
HOW THE PRACTICE WORKS
• Spaced repetition (SM-2): every word comes back when you are about to forget it.
• Six practice modes: read and translate, translate back, listen and match, write and match, say the word aloud, and dictation.
• Say a word wrong and you see which letters went wrong; miss again and you can hear it normally, slowly, and what you said. English words also get the sound's name and a tip.
• Three word games: Pair Match, Swipe and Word Rain.
• A daily streak with one "ice day" a week, and reminders your phone schedules for itself — one a day at most.
• An English grammar pack for speakers of Azerbaijani or Turkish: plain explanations, form tables, examples and common mistakes in your own language. For every pair: a notebook for rules you write yourself.
• A starter pack of 500 everyday words in ten folders, in English, Azerbaijani, Spanish, Turkish and Vietnamese, for any pair of those five.
• Your own folders, categories and words, in any of 30 languages, with search.
All of that ships inside the app.
SEND TO A FRIEND
Send one of your own folders, a whole category or a grammar rule you wrote: type your friend's nickname and tap Send. They have 24 hours to accept or decline; then the item expires. You can switch receiving off, block a sender or report an item. Nothing is public: no feed, no list of nicknames.
INVITE FRIENDS, SHARE A MILESTONE
Every new friend you invite who practises on 3 days within 14 counts: at 3, 6 and 9 friends you earn a month of Pro each time, at 20 a year (the full rules are in the app). A promo code goes in on the Pro screen. Reach a milestone and Aureloo draws a card to share.
NO ADS, NO TRACKING
No advertising library, no analytics, no crash reporting. Your words stay on your phone unless you sync them to your own Drive or send some to a friend. Our small server handles only promo codes, invitations, nicknames and what you send to a friend.
The speaking exercise uses your phone's own speech recognizer, which normally sends the audio to Google. The privacy policy spells it out.
SYNC GOES TO YOUR OWN DRIVE
Google Drive sync is optional and stays off until you tap Connect Drive in Profile. It asks Google for one narrow permission — a hidden folder of its own inside your Drive — which cannot open your documents, photos or anything else there. When you sign out, your words go to Drive first; on a new phone they arrive once you connect Drive.
