3. Raise a Device Repair Request.
4. Get free consultation with our tech expert.
5. We arrange for an easy – contactless Pickup & Drop of your device
6. Get Estimate for the selected repair, you approve the same.
7. Our Verified Service Providers complete the selected repair.
8. The device is Dropped back to you.
9. You can track the status of the complete process using the app.
10. The complete process is paper less and hassle free.

Device Upgrades:

1. Select your Device Type
2. Select Relevant Device Upgrade Category
3. Raise a Device Upgrade Request.
4. Get free consultation with our tech expert about your upgrades.
5. In case of a @Home Upgrade, we send you a estimate for the upgrade and upon approval, our Certified Field Engineer will visit your premises and upgrade the part.
6. In case it requires a visit to a Service Centre, we arrange for easy and contactless Pickup & Drop of your device.
7. You can track the status of the complete process using the app.
