AzyFlow Attendance is a school attendance tracking app designed for schools in Senegal and across Africa. Install it on a phone at the school entrance and monitor student attendance in real time.

3 Scan Modes:

• NFC Badge — The student places their card, instant identification

• QR Code — Scan the QR badge via the camera

• Student ID Number — Manual entry of the student's number

Immediate Results:

• Green Screen: Student accepted with photo and welcome message

• Orange Screen: Lateness detected with the number of minutes

• Red Screen: Access denied (late payment, amount displayed)

• Differentiated sound and vibration depending on the status

Works without internet:

• Student data is synchronized and stored locally
• Scans are saved offline and automatically sent upon reconnection
• Automatic synchronization every 5 minutes

Tracking and Statistics:

• Complete scan history with search function

• Daily report: present, late, blocked
• Attendance rate per class

• Recent alerts

Registering NFC Badges:

• Link an NFC card to a student directly from the app

Kiosk Mode:

• Always-on screen, designed for continuous operation
