FieldForce is a field sales app for businesses that sell through Fynd, a commerce platform used by independent sellers, brands, distributors and wholesalers.

If your business is registered on the Fynd platform, FieldForce gives your sales team one simple place to plan the day, visit outlets, take orders and keep records up to date, from a phone, on the move.

WHO IT IS FOR
FieldForce is open to any eligible business onboarded to the Fynd platform. It is not limited to one company or one industry. Many independent businesses use the same app, and each one works in its own private, separate space with its own users, merchants and orders.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

YOUR WORKING DAY
• Start and end your day, clock in and out, and take breaks, with your working time added up for you
• See today's timeline and trail so you can look back at where the day went
• Follow your beat plan: today's route of outlets, in the right order

AT THE OUTLET
• Get directions to the next outlet without leaving the app
• Check in and check out at an outlet, with a photo and your location captured as proof of the visit
• Open any merchant to see its outlets, details, status and past visits

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
• Browse the product catalogue with current stock, and filter down to what you need
• Add products straight to an order from the catalogue
• Take an order at the outlet and complete checkout in a few taps
• Track your orders and shipments, with status and invoices in one list
• Raise a stock request with a priority, a required by date and notes

TASKS AND TARGETS
• Work through the tasks assigned to you: visits, surveys, deliveries and new merchant registrations
• Register a new merchant on site when that task is assigned to you, photos included
• Track your sales targets and see how much of each one is complete

STAYING IN TOUCH
• Read notifications and company announcements in the app
• Update your profile and photo, and get help from the support section
• Switch between businesses if you work with more than one on the Fynd platform

FOR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS
• See your team's attendance and their latest locations on a live map
• Review team orders, tasks, targets and approvals
• Plan territories and beats, assign outlets and salesmen, and optimise routes

SIGNING IN IS SIMPLE AND SECURE
Enter the mobile number or email address registered with your business account, then confirm the one time password (OTP) sent to you. There is no password to remember, reset or share.

HOW TO GET ACCESS
FieldForce is for sellers and businesses that have completed onboarding with the Fynd platform. Because an account covers a whole business rather than one shopper, it is created during onboarding rather than inside the app:

1. Your business expresses interest in selling through the Fynd platform.
2. You complete the onboarding and registration details with the Fynd team.
3. Your business account is reviewed and created.
4. You receive an invitation with your access details.
5. You open FieldForce and sign in with your registered mobile number or email.

If your business is new to Fynd and would like to use FieldForce, contact the Fynd team to start onboarding.
