Tsekhovik.Smena helps employees and managers manage work tasks, short discussions, and KPI summaries in a single mobile app.

The app is suitable for internal collaboration in small or medium-sized teams: employees see colleagues' contacts, work discussions, assigned tasks, and personal metrics, while the administrator manages access and basic directories.
