Ratings and reviews

This app is so poor. Rarely works as the app won't open many sections/menus. It just force closes the page that it is trying to open. When logging in with biometrics it accepts the biometrics but then just doesn't do anything but reset the app. So every time I have to log in manually (why bother with biometrics then if they don't work?) and then when trying to get access to view my card so I can get the 3 digit security code the card won't open.

Cannot log in as they 'Cannot send an SMS to the mobile you number provided' but guess what, I haven't provided one because I wasn't asked for it when registering!?! Now when I go onto the app it's a blue screen with the spinning wheel of doom! Have emailed them so let's see if I get a response. Will ammend my review accordingly.

Since the update, I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall in order to see balance etc. Only works on initial install then next time I want to use it, I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work.
