Applications fails to have online payment. it keeps on asking again kyc details. after trying multiple times and Good amount of effort it worked. not any easy task. sometimes feels old concept of getting it renewed by cash payment was good.

Selection and tie ups of diagnostics and hospitals is poor. Reputed hospital or diagnostics are not on aproved list. Cashless scheme makes it more difficult, it requires more flexibility. However, doctors consutation reimbursement is excellent.

My claim was rejected by sending letter that treatment of my disease doesn't not cover policy. So, I click on option of "View Policy" in app. But other options appear like "Members covered", "Hospital locator". So, I talked to customer care many times and also sent mails many times regarding this matter. But still I have not received any clear reply or not received policy soft or hard copy. Customer care adviser talks and works like Govt. employee telling me to talk this person or that person.
