I do not understand the logic of these many apps. For instance, if one wants to take out personal accident/GPGP there is a different app - BAGIC CARE And that keeps crashing since two days so no new policy possible. And then you go to the portal which keeps on flashing error messages that aliens can understand. HIGH TIME TO LOOK AT IT TOOLS TO SIMPLIFY AND CONSOLIDATE.

I registered the claim but it's not showing in pending claims. same time when called the customer care, they said claim is registered but the images are not uploaded. now at a loss how to upload images. also customer care helpline is different then what it's mentioned on this App. very sad experience.Still remains pathetic services. No change.

"My Active Plan" button is not working at all. Tried multiple times :( This is the only way available to book health check-up but this only useful button is not working (I mean it's not clickable). @bajaj, please ensure that users feel delighted with app and not harrassed :( Even I can't book the appointment using website/customer care as the app is the only way to do it which is not working.
