About this app

Circle is a social gathering service that connects 4 to 6 people from nearby neighborhoods with similar interests and personalities into a single small group (Circle). Matching is based on descriptions of interests and concerns, as well as personality surveys, rather than profile photos or qualifications. After a week of casual Q&A, the process leads to offline or online meetings.

■ Key Features

• Neighborhood-based Matching: Automatically forms a group of 4 to 6 well-matched individuals by combining your set living area (2/5/10km), age group, interests, conversation style, and activity time.

• Personality Survey: The results of a 20-question personality survey are reflected in the matching process. The results are visible only to the individual.

• Q&A Conversation: Over 7 days, users get to know each other by answering three questions one line at a time and leaving reactions.

• Meeting Proposal: Users receive a meeting proposal that includes time, location, and budget, and choose whether to attend. Online meetings are also possible.

• Interconnection: After the meeting, 1:1 conversations open only between those who wish to talk again.

• Weekly Status: Users can directly set their energy level, available time, and travel radius for the week, which are reflected in the matching process. • Reporting/Blocking: You can report or block inappropriate content or members directly within the app, and the administrators will review the request.

■ How to Use

1. Sign up with your email address, grant location permissions, and set your living area.

2. Freely write down your current interests and concerns, and answer the personality survey.

3. If you receive a matched Circle invitation, accept it within 48 hours.

4. The process proceeds in the following order: Q&A Conversation → Meeting Proposal → Select Attendance → Mutual connection after the meeting.

■ Privacy Protection

• Location is saved rounded to the nearest 100m and is used solely for distance calculations. Coordinates are not disclosed to other members.

• Date of birth, email address, original posts regarding interests/concerns, and personality survey results are not disclosed to other members. Only your nickname and broad interest tags are displayed to you.

• You can delete your account immediately via 'My > Delete Account' within the app.

■ Usage Guide

• Only users aged 19 or older can use this service.
