Enter your household profile once — family size, allergies, weekly budget, cooking skill — and AI builds a 7-day Korean home-style meal plan with a consolidated grocery list.

■ Key features

1. Constraint-based AI meal planning
Allergens are strictly excluded, disliked ingredients avoided, and your weekly budget and cooking skill are respected. With kids in the household, spice levels stay low and each recipe includes kid-friendly adjustment tips.

2. Smart grocery list
Ingredients from all 7 days are automatically merged by name and unit, then sorted in supermarket aisle order (produce → meat → seafood → dairy...). Check items off as you shop, or copy the list as plain text to share.

3. Korean home-cooking logic
Soups, stews, and side dishes carry over to the next meal — cook once, eat twice. One pack of a main ingredient is spread across 2–3 recipes so nothing goes to waste.

4. Swap any meal
Don't like a meal? Swap just that one. The AI suggests a replacement that doesn't duplicate what's already on your plan.

5. Recipe details
Ingredients portioned for your family, step-by-step instructions, and tips for adjusting dishes for children.
