• Book video or audio-only appointments with a range of clinicians at a time of your choice
• Prescribing clinicians can send an electronic prescription straight to the UK pharmacy of your choice or choose same day delivery in London

GP at Hand patients can book video appointments with a range of NHS clinicians, including GPs and physiotherapists. Appointments are free, available 24/7 and you can choose a time that suits you. In-person appointments are also available at our London clinics.

To register you will need to switch from your current GP practice. Once an application is made, a registration period will apply before you are able to access the service.

If you have BUPA private medical insurance, you can speak to a clinician via the Babylon app for free. Just enter your BUPA membership code when registering.

Your data is always safe. We’re regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our doctor appointment services in the UK. Our clinicians are experienced and our doctors are GMC registered. We take data security extremely seriously and we are compliant with ISO 27001 as well as adopting robust safeguarding measures to protect all medical records and personal data.

App is good but service takes much longer to speak to anyone now. Was hours literally but now can be weeks. Also you cannot change the font size to zoom in or out which means to reorder prescriptions on my phone doesn't work as I cannot get to the bottom of the screen to submit the order as it wont scroll either!! Really annoying.

Forced to sign up as I'm not in a GP catchment area. Once you are able to access treatment that treatment is very strong. They use good people. However, the app itself (which I'm rating) is incredibly unintuitive and not user-friendly. It's designed to stop rather than enable you to contact people. Leading to hours of "computer says no" frustration as you go round in circles failing to find a route to the help you need. Such a shame as it could be an excellent service.

I constantly have to schedule an appointment to get my repeat prescriptions filled (every couple of months). Seems no one properly updates the system. Also scheduling is terrible. When I am presented with the clinicians availability, I switch to my calendar to check for conflicts. When I switch back to the app, I have to restart the appointment booking process from the beginning... 🤬
