About this app

Sleepy App is our way of looking after mum's wellbeing. This isn’t just an app, it’s a baby sleep support group that can help and ensure you’re not feeling frustrated or alone. As mothers, we know our guides work because we've road tested them ourselves. We also know that it's important to build in flexibility, and to follow your intuition. Our guidance helps you do that.

We believe in taking a holistic approach to healthy sleep. This means we look at sleep as 24-hour big picture, even the smallest tweak can have a big effect elsewhere in day day, And we aim to create solid sleep foundations so better sleep isn't just a short-term thing.

The app contains 4 detailed baby sleep eBooks that hold the answers to baby sleep, with different eBooks categorized by age.

The app also has a forum for all parents to share questions, tips and techniques on baby sleep for newborns all the way to toddlers. Our baby sleep experts will answer selected questions as well.

The wellness section contains everything you need to know to keep you happy and healthy. And the resources section has all the must-know articles and information regarding baby sleep.

Ratings and reviews

The support provided by the sleep consultants are great. The guides are amazing and they respond to queries promptly. Absolutely recommend them. However the sleepy app itself is not the most user friendly app. Sometimes if I am typing and another user posts on the forum, the app will refresh and I lose the post and have to start over. Also, the app tends to crash occasionally.

Love this app! The Sleep School team are amazing, from the phone consults to the app. The app has been super helpful, especially during 3am resettling and at a loss of what to do, I've just asked a question to the forum and woken up to a response. The team are great and I've had some wonderful tips that have helped with bubs naps and the increase awake windows. Thank you 😊

Perfect app to help parents navigate the hurdles that our babies/ children throw our way. We hit a bit of a rough patch around 18mth and the app was amazing. I felt so reassured I wasn't alone and able seek the support of a professional via app. Response time was quick and I didn't have to wait around for days to get an answer and some small tweaks as suggested got us back on the right track quicker then if I didn't reach out. Thanks so much for offering the forum on top of your guides.
