My son is 4 months old, and the first activities it gives me are for walking? Everything else is locked. I'm not buying something until I can try it.
This is a great app, but I would like a few more options with customizing development. I would like to be able to add activities I think are important for a daily routine (eg reading to baby). I have added it to my favorites, but it has only popped up around once or twice since I've been using the app. I did see that someone also mentioned having this available to share with your spouse to work on developmental activities together. This would be great. I would like that option not only for that reason, but also to share with my husband what activities we've done for the day since he is deployed. Perhaps the another archive option - not for a "too easy," but for a "do not have product" or "other" reason. There are definitely some activities here we can't do due to lack of materials.
Have had this app for 12m. After the first 2m I decided to purchase 0-6m and 6-12m content. I have been very pleased! The videos really help and if my child is not able to perform or attempt the task I can have it out on hold for 3wk. This is great because my daughter is very gross motor delayed. It wouldn't make sense to get prompts to help her walk when she hasn't learned to sit herself up yet.
Been using it for a few days with my 2mo. Love the variety of activities and sweet, short, easy to follow videos. Would perhaps like to go back to previous days to see what activities I had completed or skipped previously. Also be able to mark activities as completed when browsing by age or milestone - so for example, I can complete all activities for head control, or all for 0-3 mo etc. Also would like to be able to share baby's progress with her dad, so er can booth work towards goals. Right now it would require 2 separate purchases (gets really expensive!) and even then we can't share baby's progress. I'm also raising a bilingual child and I'm in complete darkness there, so would love it very much if you could include bilingual activities in the future.
I really like this app. It gives you good activities especially if you're not entirely sure what to do with your newborn baby as they don't have a lot of skills yet.... The only improvement I would like to see is that the activities don't have a clear goal. Like how you tell whether the baby has reached the potential of a particular activity because the "too easy- archive" option is a little vague in some of the activities
This was listed as free with in-app purchases on the app store. This is not true. You get access to absolutely nothing unless you pay an expensive subscription. There is no mention of paying anything on the app summary and no way to know before you download. Only after you've made yourself an account you find out that they won't let you see anything other than the subscription prices and link to subscribe. And by then, they already have an email address to spam you on a daily basis, yours and your baby's name and date of birth. Just out of principle, I no longer have any interest in what the people may have to sell and will be uninstalling this app and making a data protection request that they delete all my data.
