Terrible experience!! The product is actually well made and very secure. My problem was installation why advertise that you have installation videos on an app that doesnt even let you register or work. I am not even meaning 1 day i have been trying for a damn month straight. Ive been driving around with twins who i dont know if are buckled in right! I have tried the hanbook and did as it was shown but the booster seats tip over on turns. How about making videos accessible without a damn app.

Registration was easy, I don't understand why people had such a difficult time, I ran into a few road blocks but not nothing out of the ordinary that's common when registering. When it scanned the QR code it did bring me to a page to buy more products but theres a exit button at the bottom of the screen I clicked and brought me back to the registration with the model # and everything auto filled as promised.

I don't know exactly what I'm doing wrong with this app or if it just sucks. I've tried to register my daughter's carseat AND booster seat and for some reason I can't register the booster. Also the scan QR code doesn't seem to work either.
