BackPack Businesses is the app for businesses affiliated with BackPack, Punta Alta's delivery platform. Manage your entire business operation from your phone: receive orders instantly, dispatch them, and keep your menu always up-to-date.
REAL-TIME ORDERS
Each new order comes in instantly, with audible and vibration alerts, even on silent. Accept it, add it to the preparation list, and mark it as ready with a tap. When a delivery driver picks it up, you can track their route on the map until they arrive at your door.
YOUR MENU, ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE
Upload products with photos, prices, and descriptions, organize them by category, and activate or deactivate items that are out of stock, without calling anyone. Create groups of options—sizes, sides, add-ons—just once and reuse them for any product you want.
HOURS AND BREAKS
Define the time slots for each day of the week. Did things get complicated in the kitchen? Pause orders for any reason and resume them whenever you want: your customers can see the status of your business in real time.
