RENEWAL REMINDERS

Never lose track of an upcoming renewal. BackCycle can send local notifications before renewal dates, with configurable reminder options.

You can also mark a subscription as renewed and maintain its renewal history.

PAYMENT METHODS

Organize the payment methods you use for your subscriptions, including cards, bank accounts, mobile wallets, PayPal, Google Play, Apple Account, and more.

For cards, you can safely save useful information such as the card nickname, provider, network, last four digits, and expiry date.

BackCycle does not require you to store full card numbers, CVV, PIN, OTP, or banking passwords.

CARD EXPIRY REMINDERS

Keep track of card expiry dates and receive reminders before a saved card expires. BackCycle can also help identify subscriptions linked to a payment method.

MULTI-CURRENCY SUPPORT

Track subscriptions in multiple currencies while keeping a preferred base currency for totals and reports.

Supported currencies include BDT, USD, EUR, GBP, INR, CAD, AUD, JPY, SGD, and AED.

Exchange rates are entered manually, so you remain in control of the conversion rates used by the app.

RENEWAL CALENDAR

View upcoming subscription renewals in a calendar and quickly see which payments are approaching.

REPORTS & ANALYTICS

Understand your recurring expenses with useful reports, including projected monthly and yearly costs, spending by category, fixed versus variable costs, and payment-method breakdowns.

BACKUP & RESTORE

Export a full JSON backup of your BackCycle data for safekeeping or transferring it to another device.

You can restore a backup using Replace or Merge options.

CSV EXPORT

Export subscription information to CSV when you need to view or work with your subscription data outside the app.
