Ratings and reviews

App is nowhere near super dispatch reliability and functionality. It seems you must have access to the internet to save data, so when the frequent crashes take place, you loose the photos and when completing the load in an area with no service you just have to hope the photos and signatures don't disappear when it finally uploads later.

I have to take multiple pictures (over 20) at times in order to get 1 that will save. When you are taking 4 or more pictures this can be extremely time consuming. I have notified the company to no avail. I use at least 10 different apps to take pictures and mark damage and this is by far the most time consuming.

I ended my relationship with a customer I have been calling for for 3 years because they switched to this app. i cannot afford to waste time while the camera crashes or hunting for essential information buried in one of 7 load sheets. one load was enough of a nightmare, never again.
