myAltitude is the new simple altimeter app! It helps you determine your current elevation quickly! It is great for people who love outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and more! You can trust that myAltitude checks your altitude with high precision. It also works offline!

myAltitude does not need internet connection and works best outdoors with direct line of sight to the sky. The newer your device the more accurate the readings will be. Approximation of altitude and location accuracy is provided within the app.

This altimeter app, uses these components to measure your altitude:
- Your device's internal GPS component to determine your current altitude above sea level and your GPS coordinates.

I used to really love this app...but for some reason the altitude and coordinates stop being displayed??? Tried to reload the app, but didn't help. Does still correctly tell me the temperature of boiling water for my altitude, so that part still works....:)

Gives a good idea of slope and rate of drop over a piece of property.

Great App if only it had a memory so I can see the history of my trip.
