About this app

The BadouBoard time clock transforms an Android tablet into a dedicated time clock for your dental practice.

Your employees clock in and out in seconds: they enter their personal code, select the relevant time slot, and the time is automatically entered into the practice's BadouBoard scheduling system. A photo is taken at each clock-in to confirm attendance.

A REAL KIOSK, NOT JUST A BROWSER
• Dedicated kiosk mode: the time clock becomes the tablet's home screen, restarts on startup, and automatically returns to the foreground.

• Back button disabled and permanent full-screen display.

• Screen remains on all day.

• Automatic reconnection in case of Wi-Fi interruption.

• Protected maintenance menu, including camera status and re-pairing options.

• Standard application mode available for testing without dedicating the device.

THREE-STEP INSTALLATION
1. Install the application on the practice's tablet.

2. Pair the kiosk with the code displayed in BadouBoard.

3. Distribute their timekeeping codes to your employees.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Time clock photos are stored for 60 days and then automatically deleted, and are only visible to the employer. Your employees are informed beforehand, as required by law.

IMPORTANT: This application requires an active BadouBoard account and a kiosk paired with a firm. It cannot be used independently.
