I installed the new app (having used the old for a couple of years). It meant updating the firmware in the fans. I did this.... and... all three fans immediately stopped working. So, why the 5* review I hear you ask? Well, I called their technical support and they talked me through solving the problem. The technical support was wonderful... very patient with me, talking me through solving the issue. Anyway, the app works fine now. The improvements over the old are really good. It's slick, intuitive and now works very well. There are also functional improvements that are great for me... for example, I have three fans in three rooms each with a Nest thermostat. I can now pair each fan & thermostat and let them do their stuff autonomously! In summary, a great company, great technical support and a wonderful product!

It's okay. Not terrible. Stable but it has a lot of unrealized potential- they have a temperature but the auto fan control only uses motion/occupancy to turn it on. They should have included options to set to run when temp is above a certain temp OR via motion sensor. I have to work around this in home automation software. Also annoyed that I can't control the light from home assistant.

Hi there! We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you find the app stable.
We do actually have the ability to set up temperature automation in our app. Select your fan from the home screen, and then select Settings > Fan Auto > Comfort. From there, you can enable "Auto Comfort" and set your preferences.

Let me go back to the old app and firmware! I updated the app and firmware and am I correct that it went from 10 speed settings to about only 6? Gives a little bit too much variability between the speed settings. Also now when I use the woosh setting it seems to vary the speed from about 1 to 5 every 10 seconds. So much that it's noisy and even makes it hard to get to sleep. The woosh sitting on the previous app was much more subtle. Definitely not a fan of this update. 👎
